I chose this hotel for a work trip and it served as the perfect base to conduct business in the Wellington region. The location was convenient, with easy access to the railway and other transportation options. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. it provided a pleasant experience for both work and leisure purposes.

The one thing I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or desk in the room. Having a designated area for work would have been beneficial during my stay.

They were consistent in room quality and everything in the room was handy to use. Nothing was out of place or missing. Staff was helpful and ready to help me with anything. They were also looking at ways to make things better! As a result, I felt safe! .

The accommodation was spacious and clean - just as we expected, having stayed at Best Western Hotels before. It was in the centre of Johnsonville which is exactly where we wanted to be.

It was a shame that The Holy Bible had been replaced with LDS literature - ever hotel we have ever stayed in throughout the world has a Gideons Bible!

I also appreciated the ample parking available, which was free, unlike many other hotels in the area. The motel is conveniently located with easy access to major highways and the Interisland Ferry. There are also plenty of food options nearby, adding to the overall convenience of the location.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making for an easy morning start. Although close to a busy road, the rooms are well-insulated, so the noise is not too much of an issue. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all necessary amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western in Wellington! The location was perfect, with a supermarket and plenty of dining options just a short walk away. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful and got us settled in quickly. Despite some traffic noise, it didn't bother us too much. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Both members of staff we spoke to were very friendly. Staff were quick to come to the desk, so no waiting around for service. I gave a defective tin opener to the receptionist, and by the time we returned later in the day, there was a new one in the kitchen drawer, so she had listened to us, and was most helpful. I liked the design of the hotel, it was modern and bright. It was also very calm and quiet in the corridors. I think they had made the best use of the space available. Overall, I think my opinion could be summed up as "light, bright, and friendly.

There was nothing I really disliked about the hotel. It was nice and clean, but maybe an application of bleach on the white tiles and grouting in the bathroom could be a good idea.
